WSN Strategic Plan

This Strategic Plan aims to prioritise WSN’s use of its resources during the period April 2007 – March 2012 in order to ensure that we best meets the needs of our members, funders, and other stakeholders, and to ensure our sustainability for the future. The plan is informed by a consultation process carried out in 2006.

This plan was ‘finalised’ in May 2007 and was distributed to all key stakeholders. It will be important that a degree of flexibility is enabled, so that emerging needs can influence our planning and delivery. A formal review of the plan will take place annually, with a revised version distributed each year by the end of March.
